Puerto Vallarta Last Class!
If you were thinking of visiting beautiful Puerto Vallarta soon, may I suggest you do so in late September? That’s when El Arrayan will be having their final cooking class for the season.
El Arrayan is a very popular restaurant in the area and has earned a reputation as having amazing food and a great atmosphere. Their website contains dozens of rave reviews and they have been voted Best Mexican Food for the last four years by Virtual Vallarta and are AAA 3 Diamond approved.
El Arrayan’s class offers hands-on cooking instructions from its chef, MarianoValdez and owner Carmen Porras as they take you to visit local purveyors and teach you how to make amazing food and then after all of that, you get to eat the scrumptious cuisine you just made!
The class is $85 and includes food, transportation, a printed copy of the recipe for you to take home, and an embroidered apron as a little keepsake. The classes are taught in English and held in El Arrayan’s professional kitchen.
Past recipes have included mushroom and zucchini blossom soup, classic mole poblano, red rice and cajeta flan, fish ceviche Guerrero, almond mole with pork, and candied yams. If you attend the September 22nd class, you’ll be learning how to make ceviche Colima, chile en Nogada, and flan de chocolate. Yum!
If you are interested in attending (and how could you NOT be?) make reservations by calling (322) 222 71 95. You can also try emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Space is limited, so contact them as soon as you can!
