We had a fabulous vacation in Cabo and in our beautiful villa at La Estancia. It is such a beautiful well maintained property, can't say enough about how very well managed the property is. Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in - we were very impressed from the moment we entered the lobby and were greeted by Hector who so efficiently checked us in and took us to our villa. We found all of the staff to be so very friendly, courteous and helpful in any way. The grounds and gardens are immaculate and beautiful. Our villa was fabulous and the view was just so beautiful. We will highly recommend Villa La Estancia to anyone who is travelling to Cabo and we will be returning.

Giovanni – having been my first visit to Cabo, I was extremely impressed with Cabo La Estancia. The villa was immaculate, the view of the Sea of Cortez was breathtaking and the hospitality was superb. I would not hesitate to recommend La Estancia to anyone. The grounds were kept exceptionally well, the food was good and the spa treatment was well appreciated by my 95 year-old mother-in-law. She had the time of her life!!

It was close for those who wanted to go into town and those that wanted to join later could do so with no problem. The staff? Well what can I say? They were the best we have seen in a long time! We had a wonderful time in Cabo and very much enjoyed our stay at Villas La Estancia. The property itself is so well-maintained and the staff throughout were friendly and helpful. Our villa, #1506, actually exceed our expectations which were fairly high given what we’d viewed on the website prior to arriving. We enjoyed having direct access to a beautiful beach with a great pool area only a few feet away. This is a great place for families, even those with little ones, who like vacations and accommodations that are adult and kid friendly, without skimping on a little luxury. The Trans Pacifico car service was also a great deal and took the stress out of getting to and from the airport. We’d definitely go back to Cabo and stay at La Estancia. My only suggestion is that the property should open the gym earlier in the morning or establish 24/7 key access. You guys were terrific. The entire reservation, arrival, and departure process was executed so well.

Our time in Cabo was great. The condo was more than we expected. It was big, beautiful, clean and great views from the terrace. We enjoyed the gift basket. We did not use the transportation service but rented a car. We especially liked the idea of the pantry being stocked with most everything one could ask for. Nothing you purchase goes to waste. We couldn't get the safe to lock but didn't really need it. We would stay in this unit again without doubt and have already recommended it to friends. We also would be interested in other properties you manage elsewhere.

We wish we were still in Cabo! Our family absolutely loved our condo at Villa La Estancia. We expected and wanted a 4-5 star type of property and we got it. The condo was a perfect size for a family of four..it was decorated with taste and class....our view was beautiful...loved having access to a swimming beach.. and the staff was nothing but helpful and friendly. We were also interested in staying at Palmilla and Ventanas but decided that with children Villa La Estancia would be a better fit. I would highly recommend your property to anyone going to Cabo and will pass the name along to our traveling network of friends. Thank you to Giovanni and Kristina for their help with booking activities as well as working with us to find that one unit that would be right for our wants and needs. We asked for a certain unit and view-saw the pictures on the internet..and that is what we got-that is how it should be when traveling. We will be back hopefully sooner than later. What a wonderful experience!

Dear Giovanni, Just a note of thanks to say how much we enjoyed our accommodations at Cabo La Estancia over spring break, and how well all transportation arrangements you made on our behalf worked out. Normally, we would not send a letter of thanks, but this clearly was an exception. We were delighted and pleasantly surprised to say the least. The Villa at La Estancia was beautiful and spacious. We leased a two bedroom unit which worked out perfectly for our family. The views of the ocean were incredible and the amenities were great. Our children had their privacy on one side of the villa, we had ours in the master bedroom on the other side, and the large living room and kitchen in between served us well. Friends staying at other facilities noted that their “queen” beds were really doubles, and so we were glad to discover that ours were actual king and queen-sized beds. It was by far one of the nicest units we have ever rented, including those available at luxury hotels. In addition, your transportation service to and from the airport was simple and carefree, as it should be. We highly recommend your professional services and Villa La Estancia to anyone traveling to Cabo San Lucas.

Hi Giovanni, We just returned from our one week stay at Villa La Estancia and LOVED LOVED LOVED it. You had mentioned that VLE was nice but it was beyond GORGEOUS in our opinion. My friends and I love to travel and have been to many places but this was by far was the nicest resort we have EVER stayed at. The rooms were beyond spacious and the decor was so nice that we felt as though we were in someone's home. The service was incredible and by the time we left we were best friends with the front desk and they knew us by name. The restaurants were good and the service by the pool was awesome...we never had to get out of the pool b/c the waiters would place our food poolside so we didn't have to get out of the water. The view of Land's End was beautiful The location of VLE was PERFECT....a 3 minute cab ride into town took us to all of the shops and the nightlife (which was also fantastic). I cannot thank you enough and want to assure you that we WILL be back. We have already spread the word about Cabo, VLE and about your team at Cabo La Estancia. Very best regards :)

The accommodations were considerably more expensive than I am accustomed to paying, but I must say that the luxury that we enjoyed was worth the price. With my limited exposure to Los Cabos, I would also recommend the general location of Villa La Estancia. We enjoyed the proximity to Cabo San Lucas - close, but not too close. I'm sure that there are many nice resorts along the tourist corridor, but I personally would not want to be 1/2 way between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo. Thanks for your help.

Giovanni, Cabo exceeded our expectations. It was cleaner and the people were friendlier than other parts of Mexico that we have been to and will never return to (Cancun & Cozumel) and we did not get sick. The Villa was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and was well equipped. Ground level was great because it was convenient. We particularly liked the hottub by the ocean and how the pool was built. The only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice to have the pool bar stay open later than 5:30 p.m. The staffs service at the Villa was excellent. They were quick to respond when we placed a service call on the air conditioner and when getting our rental car when needed. They were also friendly and nice which we have often found is uncommon when traveling outside the US. The location of the Villa is great being just a short walk down the beach to restaurants and a short drive to downtown. My husband and I have traveled all over the Caribbean, to Hawaii and the other side of Mexico and we both agree that Cabo and Villa La Estancia is the only place so far that we would even consider buying a full or partial ownership. This is based on the climate, people, accessibility, diving and the plentiful seafood. Any information or suggestions you have regarding ownership would be appreciated. Unfortunately we did not inquire while we were there.

Hi Giovanni, Cabo was wonderful. Your place is very beautiful! All in all, the vacation was excellent. Check-in was fast and our rooms were ready shortly after we arrived. La Estancia's location seems to be perfect -- close enough to walk to town, far enough from the bars for quiet evenings! Estancia is a beautiful property and the small grocery store, ice cream shop and spa make it incredibly convenient. Downtown Cabo is fabulous for shopping and dining and i loved the fact we could walk so many places. Dear Giovanni, Villa La Estancia was incredible and probably one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. I was a little skeptical at first, renting over the inter net, etc. but you were very accommodating and the vacation was one of our best ever. The vacation was so spur of the moment that we did not have the time to research Cabo as well as we could have, but the car suggestion and the info about Costco were helpful. The car was not necessary, but certainly more convenient and probably less expensive than taking a taxi, especially once we learned that we did not have to valet the car every time. Anyone going and planning to call home would be wise to utilize the availability of a telephone calling card which can be obtained in the lobby. We are looking forward to returning to Villa La Estancia, hopefully next time with another couple. We have told everyone what a wonderful place Villa La Estancia is and would highly recommend anyone going to Cabo to stay there. The location is great, close to town, but not too close. Everything is so convenient. Thank you for everything and we look forward to calling you again and please feel free to use us as a reference. Happy New Year!

Hi Gio, Thanks for the note. My apologies for the delay, it's been hectic here -- the usual holiday and "after vacation" stuff. Cabo was excellent, just what we needed!! The room was spectacular -- the view, phenomenal (except the darned cruise ships blocking it most days, nothing you can do about that.) The service was primarily exceptional. There was one afternoon that we were napping (siesta) and the cleaning folks kept knocking and we would say "please come back later" and then the concierge would ring, we wouldn't pick up the phone (we were sleeping and no one had our phone number of where we were), but wouldn't leave a message. It was a bit irritating... I guess we should have put the "privacy" door tag up or answered the phone, but we were exhausted. The meals were exceptional and the service was above expectations. As a frequent business traveler, I have become "picky" about hotel and restaurant service because I spend so much time on the road. The service at La Estancia not only met but exceeded my expectations. It was a great time to go because it was really "quiet" at the Villa ...relatively few people at the pool and in the restaurants, although I have nothing to measure it against, having never been to Cabo previously. Thank you for offering the gorgeous facilities. You don't happen to have any in San Francisco, do you? We are headed there in Feb for a little get away (to get over the winter "blah's"!).
