The staff, under the direction of Chef Gustavo Rodriguez, is professional, and their training and teamwork really show. The food is without a doubt some of the best in Los Cabos. Why is the food and service so impressive? Quality control, discipline, high-quality imported ingredients, and then more quality control. The grain-fed beef is imported from Chicago, then cooked at 1600 degrees fahrenheit, and served to you on a plate so sizzlin? you could still fry an egg at your table. The appetizers and salads are all Ruth's Chris fare, so anyone familiar with the high-end chain will know exactly what they are getting. The Ahi Tuna appetizer is done exactly as it should be. The beef is incredible, and no matter what you order, You will not be disappointed. Wonderfully rich and satisfying, the desserts are fabulous and the portions are huge.
